Out of respect to others, games start promptly as scheduled. Please make sure you arrive on time or a little early to stretch out.
GAME TIME IS FORFEIT TIME. If your team is not present (minimum of 3 to play for a 6's league, 2 for a 4's league) at the scheduled start of the match, your team will forfeit the match. If you forfeit, you are responsible for paying both your ref fees for the night as well as the other team's ref fees for the night. VooDoo Athletics reserves the right to allow a team additional time to field a team before deciding on a forfeit.
3 games will be played to a score of 21. At the referee's discretion with approval from VooDoo Athletics management, the third game may be shortened to 15 depending on time and pace of play. A referee will notify players of the decision prior to the start of the 3rd game.
Throughout the season, you may be scheduled for double headers. You are responsible for ref fees for both matches. If your team does not want to play a double header, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.
